Have You Ever Felt Like Your Own Worst Enemy?

Have You Ever Felt Like Your Own Worst Enemy?
You’re not alone.

As a professional leadership coach, I see smart capable people everyday who secretly think they’re anything but.

There’s a scientific term for this. It’s called cognitive distortion. Although it’s more popularly known as “inner critic.”

That’s the voice you hear when you wonder if what you just said at the meeting was a major blooper, or whether your family is disappointed in how you look or what you’re doing.

Remember how we learned to drop and roll during fire drills at school? I go through a different drill for when the inner critic flares up. It’s something I call Spot and Switch.  And I’m excited to train you in this powerful technique.

Trash the inner trolls and become your own best friend- for life!
